ENDORSEMENT
[1] The appellant brought a motion before a single judge of this court (motion judge) seeking permission to file a factum of at least 125 pages. The motion judge declined to make that order.
[2] Judges of this court routinely consider requests to file factums over the allowed limit. This motion judge gave careful consideration to this request. She did, in fact, identify the relevant considerations and we see no reason to interfere with her decision.
[3] The motion is dismissed.
[4] The appellant will file its factum within 30 days of today. Costs to the respondents, Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association and the Ontario Soccer Association, in the total amount of $3,000, inclusive of HST and disbursements. Costs to the respondent, Canadian Soccer Association, in the amount of $3,000, inclusive of HST and disbursements.
