[1] We are of the opinion that the adjournment granted was an interlocutory order and therefore we do not have jurisdiction.

[2] We are of the opinion that the respondent is entitled to some costs but having regard to the late filing of the respondent’s material at 4:30 p.m. yesterday costs are fixed in the amount of $700, inclusive of disbursements and all applicable taxes.
