On appeal from the conviction entered by Justice Marrocco of the Superior Court of Justice dated November 28, 2007 and the sentence imposed on January 10, 2008.

APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] We are not persuaded that the trial judge made any conclusions that were not supported by the evidence.

[2] In our view, there was substantial evidence that the appellant deliberately participated in the three fraudulent schemes that underlie the convictions.

[3] The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
