APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] The appellant argues in essence that in totality the global sentence is unfit. We do not agree. The appellant’s very substantial record, the seriousness of the fraud offences and the multiplicity of the breach of probation offences render the overall sentence entirely fit. Leave to appeal granted. Sentence appeal dismissed.
