[1] We are not persuaded that the extradition judge erred in concluding that there was sufficient evidence to warrant the appellant’s committal. Viewed in its totality, there was ample evidence upon which a reasonable jury, properly instructed, could find the appellant guilty of murder.

[2] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
