APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We see no error in law in the Board’s disposition. The Board’s decision was not unreasonable even though the hospital supported a condition permitting the appellant to live in the community. We are told the appellant continues to do very well under the order that the Board imposed. He virtually lives in the community now, although he sleeps in the facility. Hopefully, the progress will permit the Board to take the next logical step in the appellant’s rehabilitation at his next hearing coming up in a few months.
