APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] We agree with the motion judge that the appellant did not plead damages directly resulting from the respondent’s actions, nor did she suffer any damages as a consequence of those actions.

[2] Accordingly, the motion judge did not err in dismissing the appellant’s action. Costs to the respondent in the amount of $1,500, inclusive of disbursements and GST.
