APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] The appellant seeks to appeal the order of Sharpe J.A. refusing leave to extend the time to appeal the order of Winkler C.J.O. There is no merit to this appeal. The appellant seeks to appeal matters that have repeatedly been dealt with by courts in British Columbia and by the Federal Court. This proposed appeal is frivolous and an abuse of process.
[2] Finally, as Sharpe J.A. noted, this court has no jurisdiction to order mandatory mediation.
[3] Appeal is dismissed without costs.
