[1] This court has no jurisdiction to hear this appeal since the case falls within s. 19 of the Courts of Justice Act. While the appellant argues that some of his claims exceeding $50,000 were dismissed, that is not an accurate characterization of what occurred. His claim was granted but he was not awarded damages under certain heads of damages.

[2] Accordingly, this appeal is transferred to the Divisional Court.

[3] No costs.
