APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] We do not agree there is an error in principle that would justify this court’s intervention. The trial judge did consider the appellant’s guilty pleas and, given the fact that both appellants have serious criminal records and that these offences were committed while they were on probation or parole, these sentences are not demonstrably unfit.

[2] Leave to appeal granted but the appeal is dismissed.
