On appeal from the order of Justice Craig Perkins of the Superior Court of Justice (Family Court Branch) dated July 25, 2006 (C45815) and the order of Justice Clifford S. Nelson of the Superior Court of Justice (Family Court Branch) dated September 6, 2006 (C46036).

COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] Following the release of the decision in this family law matter on September 27, 2007, we received submissions concerning the quantum of costs. We have reviewed those submissions.

[2] Mrs. Higgins shall have her costs of the appeals brought against her by Mr. Higgins on a partial indemnity scale fixed in the amount of $3,000 inclusive of G.S.T. and disbursements payable by Mr. Higgins.

[3] Ms. Fisher shall have her costs of the appeal brought by her against Mrs. Higgins and the costs of the appearance before Perkins J. on a partial indemnity scale fixed in the total amount of $1,500 inclusive of G.S.T. and disbursements payable by Mrs. Higgins.
