[1] The court appreciates the helpful and well focussed arguments presented by Mr. Burstein. We are satisfied, however, that the findings of the Board, while less than ideally stated, constitute a finding that the appellant constituted a significant risk to the public albeit primarily through violent suicidal conduct that could cause significant harm to others.
