A P P E A L B O O K E N D O R S E M E N T
[1] After a two day hearing during which the client did not testify, the assessment officer found that there was no dispute with respect to the retainer of the solicitor and that the two accounts were fair and reasonable. The reviewing judge found no error in the decision of the assessment officer. We see no basis to interfere.
[2] The appeal is dismissed. The appellant shall pay the respondent’s costs in the amount of $5,000 all inclusive.
