E N D O R S E M E N T

[1] Having reviewed the motion and factum filed by Mrs. Zomparelli, the court is of the view that no oral hearing is required, given the lack of merit in the motion, and the lack of jurisdiction to grant the relief sought.

[2] If Mrs. Zomparelli was dissatisfied with the court’s disposition of these appeals, her remedy was to seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada, and not bring repeated motions seeking to review or open those decisions.

[3] In these circumstances, the motion is dismissed. These appeals have been concluded for many months. Mrs. Zomparelli may not file further motions in respect of these appeals.
