E N D O R S E M E N T

[1] This addendum deals with certain issues relating to monies paid as security of costs and costs of earlier motions arising out of the reasons in the matter released January. Having reviewed the submissions of the parties it is directed that:

1. the monies being held in the respondent’s solicitor’s trust account be released to the Family Responsibility Office to the credit of the appellant’s child support obligations;

2. the monies paid to the Accountant of the Superior Court of Justice be paid out to “Rochelle F. Cantor in Trust”;

3. there shall be no costs of the appellant’s motion for an extension of time to file the appeal as stated in the endorsement granting that motion; and

4. there shall be no costs of the respondent’s motion for security for costs heard March 8, 2004.
