On appeal from sentence imposed by Justice Robert L. Maranger of the Superior Court of Justice dated May 14, 2004 at Cornwall, Ontario.

[1] We are of the view that the sentence imposed by the trial judge was fit.

[2] The appellant forced full intercourse on a fourteen year old in her own bed, despite her many pleas that he stop. The assault has severely traumatized the complainant.

[3] The sentence appeal is therefore dismissed.
