[1] The Crown fairly concedes that the sentence should be reduced because the conviction that formed the basis for the suspension was later set aside. As a result, the appellant’s record for similar offences was less than known to the trial court. Given the appellant’s personal circumstances the appeal is allowed and the fine reduced to $2,000. The appellant will have six months to pay.
[2] The appeal from conviction is dismissed as abandoned.
