APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
[1] We would dismiss the appeal. The trial judge carefully reviewed all of the appropriate factors in sentencing, and his sentence was not manifestly unfit and does not reflect any error in principle.
[2] While the appellant's efforts at rehabilitation are to be encouraged, his progress to date is a matter appropriately to be considered by the parole authorities.
