APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] We see no merit in the conviction appeal and it is dismissed.

[2] We find the sentence to be demonstrably unfit given the absence of a criminal record, the appellant's age and antecedents and would vary it to one of two years less a day.
