[1] Assuming without deciding that we have jurisdiction with respect to both appeals there was a sufficient evidentiary basis before the Board to reach the decision they did.

[2] In each appeal there is clear expert opinion with respect to both continuing danger, risk assessment and the ability of Mr. Conway to manage his own behaviour.

[3] The appeals are, therefore, dismissed.
