[1] By the Court: The appellant confined himself to the issue of good faith disclosure. In our view the trial judge determined this issue correctly. There was no obligation or reliance or basis for reliance on the information concerning ongoing negotiations.

[2] The appeal is dismissed with costs fixed at $30,000 inclusive of disbursements and G.S.T. We do not question the hours or the quality of counsel in reducing their bill. We do so out of concerns of policy and accessibility to this court.

Appeal dismissed.
