[1] By the Court: The defendant clearly breached his obligation to the plaintiff by going behind his back to tell clients that the partnership was ending, inviting them to be his clients and then copying and removing files for use in the new business. We see no error in the trial judge's finding on liability or in his approach to damages.

[2] Appeal is dismissed with costs.

Appeal dismissed.
