[1] Subsequent to the release of the endorsement in this matter, counsel for Johnson advised the Registrar’s office that the endorsement did not address Johnson’s sentence appeal. No oral or written submissions were advanced in support of that appeal. In our view, it has no merit and must be dismissed.
