The Ontario Land Tribunal issued a correction order pursuant to Rule 24.4 of its Rules of Practice and Procedure to correct technical errors in an order previously issued on February 4, 2021.
The correction replaced Schedule 3 to Attachment 1 and Diagram 4 to Attachment 2 of the original order, which approved zoning by-law amendments for a residential development at 740-750 York Mills Road and 17 Farmstead Road in the City of Toronto.
The amendments permit increased height and density in exchange for Section 37 community benefits, including a $650,000 contribution for park improvements.
