The Acting Drainage Referee issued a procedural order following a pre-hearing conference regarding the McKnight Municipal Drain.
The order directed the respondent municipality to produce the 2012 engineer's report and prior drainage reports, and to deliver its statement of defence.
It also scheduled a further procedural pre-hearing conference and established the requirements for the appellant to give notice of the proceeding to affected landowners in the watershed.
