The appellant municipality brought a motion for an order pursuant to section 66(1) of the Drainage Act regarding the drainage of the respondent's lands to the Main Drain of the Harris Drain.
The parties entered into Minutes of Settlement.
The Drainage Referee ordered that the municipal by-law be amended to permit the respondent to attach to a catch basin and to update the maintenance schedule to reflect the added acreage.
The respondent was ordered to pay $2,500 in compensation and the engineer's costs for preparing the amended schedule.
