1The motion for leave to appeal the decision of Papageorgiou J., dated April 24, 2026, is granted. The terms, as directed by Matheson J. on May 4, 2026, shall continue pending resolution of the appeal:
a. The moving party shall suspend the provision of tax receipts for donations; and
b. The Respondent shall not publish a notice of intention to revoke the Moving Party’s charitable registration in the Canada Gazette.
