1This is an addendum to my reasons released earlier today.
2At the hearing on February 20, 2025, the parties did not argue the Respondents’ motion seeking relief pursuant to s. 140 of the Courts of Justice Act to declare the Appellant a vexatious litigant.
3The balance of the relief sought is therefore adjourned to the regular motions court on Friday, March 7, 2025, to be spoken to.
