COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] In my decision of October 6, 2016 I invited the parties to provide written submissions on costs if the subject could not be agreed upon by them.

[2] I now have received and reviewed submissions on behalf of the Respondent who, as the successful party on the appeal, asks for costs of $8,665.50.

[3] Ms. Hinsley has not delivered any submissions for consideration.

[4] In all of the circumstances, I consider the amount of $5000.00, inclusive of disbursements and applicable taxes, to be fair and reasonable for costs. That amount shall be paid by Ms. Hinsley to the Respondent within 60 days of the date of this endorsement, if demanded.
