[1] I dismissed Alitalia’s appeal from the judgment of the Small Claims Court dated December 19, 2014 dismissing its claim against the defendant. I have reviewed the submissions on costs. Having regard to the amount in issue and the factors under Rule 57.01(1), I fix costs payable to 1791949 Ontario Limited at fees of $5,000 inclusive of HST and disbursements inclusive of HST at $406.72.
