[1] On consent, costs are fixed in the amount of $89,972.43. Should the Guelph General Hospital decide not to appeal this decision, costs are payable within two weeks of the decision being made and the Hospital will advise Dr. Perron promply upon making that decision.
[2] Should the Guelph General Hospital decide to appeal and should leave be granted and should the appeal be unsuccessful, costs are payable within two weeks of the order dismissing the Hospital’s appeal.
[3] Should the Hospital seek leave to appeal successfully and should it successfully appeal this decision, then costs in this proceeding will be a matter for the Court of Appeal.
