[1] The tenant appears before us today requesting an adjournment for two reasons: (i) that he has not received the transcript of the hearing that took place before the Board, and (ii) that he has not been able to obtain assistance from an amicus who was with him when he appeared before R.S.J. Then on November 25, 2013.
[2] The terms of R.S.J. Then’s order were clear; the parties were to attend to get the first hearing date available in December 2013 and that date was made peremptory.
[3] In view of this, we decline the request for an adjournment.
