CORRECTING ENDORSEMENT

[1] After I released my reasons in this matter, I was contacted by counsel and advised that my reasons contained an error.

[2] In paragraph 23 of the reasons, I stated that the parties had agreed that the successful party on the appeal was entitled to costs fixed at $15,000 and then ordered that the Respondent pay the Appellant its costs of $15,000.

[3] In fact, the costs agreed to were $5,000.00. Therefore, I am correcting my reasons and ordering that the Respondent pay to the Appellant its costs fixed in the amount of $5,000.00
