This appeal was filed with the Board on January 17th, 2013. A hearing was scheduled for February 13th, 2013.
On February 5th, 2013 the parties advised the Board they had resolved the appeal and entered into Minutes of Settlement dated February [ ], 2013. The Board’s hearing was cancelled.
On May 2nd, 2013 the parties asked the Board to issue an Order confirming the terms of their settlement.
The Board therefore Orders:
The pupil’s December [ ], 2012 expulsion is confirmed. The pupil’s expulsion from all the respondent’s schools is changed to expulsion from the pupil’s school only in accordance with the terms of the Minutes of Settlement as agreed to by the parties.
The record of the pupil’s expulsion shall be amended in accordance with the terms of the Minutes of Settlement as agreed to by the parties.
The Board’s file is closed.
