This is an application under section 144(3) of the Child and Family Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C11 for a review of the decision of the Respondent to refuse the application of the Applicants to adopt [ ] born [ ] 2008 (the Child).

Having heard the evidence and the submissions of the parties, the Board:

1. Rescinds the decision of the Society to refuse the application of the Applicants to adopt the Child.
2. Orders that the Child be placed for adoption with the Applicants.

Reasons for this decision will follow.
