REASONS FOR DECISION

[1] This is an appeal in writing from the order of Justice Koehnen dated April 25, 2023 in which he dismissed the action, “without prejudice to the Plaintiff being able to begin a new action that explains her case.” There is no error in Justice Koehnen’s endorsement. He kindly set out a clear roadmap for Ms. Lengyel to follow should she wish to proceed further, and in giving her leave to “bring a new claim that is more comprehensible”. The appeal is dismissed.
