1We are not persuaded that the extradition judge erred in concluding that there was sufficient evidence to warrant the appellant’s committal. Viewed in its totality, there was ample evidence upon which a reasonable jury, properly instructed, could find the appellant guilty of murder.
2Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
