On appeal from the conviction entered on May 30, 2008, and the sentence imposed on June 12, 2008, by Justice Christopher Corkery of the Superior Court of Justice.
ADDENDUM
1This is an addendum to our appeal book endorsement, which was released on July 6, 2009, in which the court reduced the appellant’s custodial sentence to two years less a day.
2The sentencing judge gave the appellant credit for five weeks of pre-sentence custody on a “two-for-one” basis, thereby reducing his sentence by 10 weeks. This should have been reflected in our decision as well.
3An order will go from this court reducing the appellant’s sentence by a further 10 weeks in recognition of the five weeks of pre-sentence custody he has already served.
