APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
1The sentence imposed was grossly excessive. It was double what Crown counsel was seeking at trial and was out of all proportion to what occurred.
2Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and the sentence reduced to time served (4 months in addition to 238 days credit for pre-sentence custody).
