1This matter is interlocutory not a final order and therefore the appeal does not lie to this court, but rather to the Divisional Court with leave. Accordingly, the appeal is quashed.
2In any event, the appellant has not shown any error by the motion judge in the exercise of his discretion in refusing to make the orders sought.
3The respondent is entitled to her costs which are fixed at $500 inclusive of G.S.T. and disbursements.
