COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] We have reviewed the submissions on costs filed by the parties. We are largely in agreement with the position put forward by AXA Insurance, which we find to be both fair and reasonable. We have slightly increased the suggested award to Ani-Wall to reflect Ani-Walls’ greater participation and exposure as the main respondent.

[2] Accordingly, costs of the appeal are awarded on a partial indemnity basis to the respondents who appeared on the appeal in the following sums, all of which include G.S.T. and disbursements:
