APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT
1We are not persuaded that the motion judge erred, either in her treatment of the Family Law issues or in her conclusion that the appellant should be declared a vexatious litigant. In particular, there is nothing before us to indicate that the appellant did not have effective legal advice when she entered into the 2003 Minutes of Settlement
2Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
3Costs to respondent fixed at $3,500 inclusive of G.S.T. and disbursements.
