On appeal from the order of Justice A. Campbell of the Superior Court of Justice dated April 10, 2007 upholding the committal order of Justice P.E. Newton of the Ontario Court of Justice dated October 10, 2006.

APPEAL BOOK ENDORSEMENT

[1] We agree with the analysis and conclusion of Justice A. Campbell. The detailed reasons of the Justice P.E. Newton provided a careful analysis of the evidence which warranted the committal for trial.

[2] The appeal is dismissed.
