1Assuming without deciding that we have jurisdiction with respect to both appeals there was a sufficient evidentiary basis before the Board to reach the decision they did.
2In each appeal there is clear expert opinion with respect to both continuing danger, risk assessment and the ability of Mr. Conway to manage his own behaviour.
3The appeals are, therefore, dismissed.
