ADDENDUM ON COSTS
1The Court released reasons in this matter on October 19, 2002, and requested submissions in writing on costs. Having regard to the submissions which have now been received, I am of the opinion that costs of the motions before the motions judge should be fixed in the amount of $6,000 for both motions all inclusive, and that costs of both appeals should be fixed at $6,500 all inclusive, both sets of costs payable to the appellants forthwith.
