[1] By the Court: This appeal by Mrs. Finlan was heard at the same time as that of her husband (C31458). The trial judge gave full and careful reasons for allowing the respondent bank's claims against both of them. The findings of fact are fully supported by the evidence and there was no error of law which would justify our intervention.

[2] Accordingly, this appeal and that of the husband in C31458 are dismissed with costs.

Appeals dismissed.
