He argued he could not work due to a car accident, child-care responsibilities for his second family, and his pursuit of a music career.
The court found the father was intentionally under-employed and imputed a minimum wage income of $21,300.
The court adjusted the arrears retroactively to one year prior to the motion and ordered the father to repay the remaining arrears at $50 per month, provided he remains in good standing.
