The Registrar issued a Notice of Proposed Order to revoke the gaming supplier registration of the Registrant due to the sole director's multiple convictions under the Highway Traffic Act and driver's licence suspensions.
Following a joint submission, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ordered a five-day suspension of the registration and added conditions requiring the Registrant to report any future charges or convictions.
