The applicant sought statutory accident benefits following two motor vehicle accidents.
The Tribunal found that the applicant's injuries, including soft tissue injuries and right knee pain, fell within the Minor Injury Guideline (MIG) and that she did not have a pre-existing condition warranting removal.
As the applicant had exhausted the $3,500 MIG limit, she was not entitled to the disputed physiotherapy treatment plans.
The Tribunal also dismissed the claim for non-earner benefits, finding the applicant failed to prove a complete inability to carry on a normal life.
