The College of Nurses of Ontario brought allegations of professional misconduct against the member following a criminal conviction for sexual assault.
The member admitted to the allegations and did not contest the proposed penalty.
The Discipline Committee found that the member committed professional misconduct and ordered the immediate revocation of the member's Certificate of Registration.
